International Conference on Electronic Design, ICED 2004, provides an international forum for researchers and industry practitioners to meet and share their new ideas. Following the success of the International Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICDCS 2003, Veracruz, Mexico), the first ICED will be held in Veracruz, Mexico on November 16-19, 2004. ICED 2004 aims to bring together participants from universities and industries in the field of Electronic and Communications.


Contributions are solicited in (but not limited to) the following topical areas:

Instructions for Authors:

The authors should submit their original contribution as full paper, no longer than 6 pages, in IEEE format. All the contributions must be written in English or Spanish. Submissions must be made electronically to the following address:

Acceptable formats are Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word. Please use Letter paper format when formatting your submission.
