Presentation Guidelines

The duration of each presentation should be maximally 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes of questions/comments from the audience (20 minutes altogether).

A LCD projector & computer will be available in every session room for regular lecture sessions. Please bring a memory stick or a CD containing your presentation. As we cannot guarantee software compatibility, you are kindly requested to bring your presentation in your desired format (e.g. .ppt) but also please in PDF format.

The LCD projector also has a VGA connection. Authors bringing their own laptops will be able to connect directly to the projector if they like.

Files can be uploaded to the local computers in the lecture rooms during the breaks between the sessions. Speakers should arrive in their session room 10 minutes before the start of their session to report to the chair person.
